My coolant line burst, so I had to have my car towed home in order to change it. I requested a tow through the AAA app and Ridgeway towing was assigned to me. Brandon Y. arrived promptly and immediately got to work putting my car on the flat bed, even taking care to pull it slow so that my lowered car wouldn't scrape. He secured it well and got me home promptly. Very professional service. If you're assigned Ridgeway, you're in good hands. Thanks, Brandon!

Car brakes were failing due to brake booster/ Toyota recall. Called at 6:10am. They got to me at 6:35-6:40. David D was professional and drove my car up the truck with ease and care. Kudos to Ridgeway Towing and their employees. Over the past 10 years they have assisted me with tire issues, batteries and towing. I get their service through AAA. This past Saturday and today I got assisted with a tire issue by Augustine and David, two very skilled employees. Kudos to their professionalism, skills, promptness and cordial behavior.
