Lift Towing continued an excellent job of having my vehicle removed from a hectic situation. Hussein made a quick analysis of what went wrong, safely loaded my vehicle into his truck bed, and ensured a safe ride to my car repair location. Worst experience ever. Called the he number given by my insurance and the person who answered did not know enough English. Did not know anything about the process. I tried explaining to him and he said have them call me, you are only covered for a mile and when I told him it was for 15 he said “it’s only a mile that you are covered do I go for a mile or not?? Super rude. Dropped off the truck and said here are your keys I cannot answer any questions, I do not know a lot of English and asked if my husband knew how to speak Arab then just gave us the key.

I was stranded and in desperate need of a tow to get my car and myself home. I called roadside assistance through my extended car warranty and I was originally assigned with a driver from Sama towing INC. They were terrible! So i requested to be reassigned and i was matched with Lift towing LLC. I am very pleased with their service they arrived on time, had great communication, and displayed nothing but professionalism. I will recommend them to anyone needing a tow. Thank you for everything.
