Oscar took great care of me and gave me a great deal on a new RPS Racer 14o motorcycle. Much cheaper than a Honda Monkey and looks like a Street Tracker style bike. Transaction was smooth, quick and even got my plate here. No messing with a MCO from China and trying to get it converted to a Texas Title. The associate was very helpful in the process of ordering. However after my utv arrived, it had a dead battery . The delivery driver had to jump it. The battery was at 2% and won't hold a charge. The 2nd time the battery was at 6% . The windshield was sent with it with no instructions and doesn't seem to fit properly. There were suppose to be doors, not just the mesh ones, that I had asked for not on or sent. When I called about these issues, I was told they were being shipped as soon as possible. I have called for an update and can't get one. I have had the utv for 5 days and can't do anything with it. They have not had any communication with me since. I have called twice and get no response. Last call I was told someone would call me back. If this is how they do business, then they can return my money and pick the utv up and I will go elsewhere. The situation needs rectified asap.
