I truly appreciate Mr. CRAWFORD and the work he has done on my 2021 Kia sportage over the years. I want to thank Ms. Briana also as she has always been welcoming, patient & very thorough with her explanations. There has been times when I called to reference things I was told by other mechanics and she has given me advice. You just don’t find that kind of customer service these days. Hopefully my car keeps running smooth so I don’t have to go in but I always look forward to it knowing they are honest and fair. Thank you guys again !

My regular mechanic, Joe at T&T Brakes, was fully booked and couldn't fix my van for a few days. He highly recommended Brian. I was scared to try a new mechanic, Joe is that guy! But Brian was also fantastic. He is honest and fair. Plus he has the sweetest assistant, Brianna, and the most precious shop dog, Kodiak! So grateful to now have 2 good options in Arlington.

I was recommended Brian Crawford by my mom's coworker for getting some work done on my car. I had been to a dealership where they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get a couple things fixed. I gave Brian Crawford a call and brought it in and they checked everything out, and by surprise they found a mallet under my hood that was left from the dealership, mind you, and I was quoted a much better price for the exact same thing the dealership said it was: replacing the rear lower control arms and both rear knuckles. I brought it in yesterday and it was ready by 9am today and for the exact amount I was quoted. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that wants to have great work done for a better price! I was also told that my car was not unsafe to drive, unlike the dealership made it seem, so that was a huge relief for me and my parents as well. Brandi and Brian were amazing! I can't thank them enough for getting rid of the clunking noise I've been dealing with for too long.
