I cannot rate this place highly enough. I was driving home from work and due to road work, the city had moved some concrete blocks very close to the corner where one turns to get off an exit ramp and onto the intersecting road. I did not see how close the concrete blocks were to the passenger side of my vehicle due to the height of my SUV causing a blind spot, and when I turned, I turned too sharply, into the concrete block, and the concrete block ripped my running board off my vehicle and my car was suspended up by the block, unable to move backwards or forwards. I was so dismayed because I was now blocking 5PM traffic and causing a dangerous situation with my vehicle halfway out into the intersection and unable to move. But it just so happened that a very kind man named Jacob, in a JTT towing truck, happened to be behind me on the exit ramp. He got out and assessed the situation, then very kindly used his truck and orange cones to block off traffic, then hooked his tow truck to my SUV, and within seconds had pulled it off the concrete block, and put my broken running board into the back so I can take it to get it fixed. He also would not let me pay him for his kindness, when I asked if I could give him a little something to thank him for his help. What a Godsend Jacob was to me in a moment of distress, in the midst of terrible traffic, but no one got hurt and the problem was solved within moments because of his kindness, compassion, and willingness to help me. People like Jacob are proof that there are still good people in the world and that kindness still exists. His beautiful character is a credit to JTT towing company, and I still have tears of gratitude in my eyes for how he helped me in that moment of severe distress. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs a towing or storage company. I would give 10 stars if I could. :) OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!

pos quotes me 100 clams if it's cash, 130 if it's a card. He comes out and doubles the amount to 230... He tried gouging because I was stuck in some mud. Told him to kick rocks. Ten minutes later some guy stops asked if I'm stuck? Backs up on the dirt road and pulls me out. I gave him the $100. I knew I hated wreckers for a reason. Cause they slime
