A Deeply Disappointing Experience I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received. From the moment the wrecker arrived, the interaction was marked by a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The individual who handled the service was rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation significantly worse. There was no attempt to communicate clearly or treat me with the respect a customer deserves. In addition to the poor treatment, the final bill was shocking. The prices were outrageously high, far exceeding what would be considered reasonable for the service provided. It felt as though they were taking advantage of a difficult situation. The pricing was not transparent, and the fees seemed to be arbitrarily inflated. Overall, I would not recommend this wrecker service to anyone. The combination of terrible customer service and astronomical prices makes them a business to be avoided. Customers should not have to endure such an unpleasant experience, especially when they are in a vulnerable position.

I had gotten involved in a very traumatic car accident a few days ago and had my car towed by them. The owner was very rude and unprofessional when I went to get my car. This is the first time in my life I had been in a situation like this and not only did the owner go on to blame me for how I handled things but he also went on to charge me a ridiculously high amount to recover my property back. Never had I dealt with such a complete lack of empathy and respect. I strongly advise not to use their services as you will be taken advantage of and deal with emotionally abusive behavior on top of that.
