I took my car to get something replaced but after the price I saw I changed my mind and called to pick up my vehicle, they said they would at least inspect it to lmk what it needed and I said I wanted my car that day so I didn’t want it looked at but they insisted I would leave with my car that day… NOBODY CALLED ME TO GET MY CAR and when I went to the shop my car was in the air all tires taken off!!! Nobody was there they lied to me I’m so pissed I have to miss work because they lied !! I should just picked up the car instead of trusting them one man I spoke to was named Jonah I believe I will not have my car fixed by them!!!

Out standing customer service. They are a one stop shop. Tommy was great worked with me to fine what I was looking for and gave me multiple options. He communicated with me about every step and went above and beyond to ensure that when I pulled away I was happy! 10 out of 10!

I took my car to Firestone to get new tires. When I received the call to pick up my vehicle. They informed me that after checking my vehicle. I could use an oil change. I was used to paying 140 for an oil change. So when they said they could do it for $60. I took the deal. A few months later, I noticed oil leaking from my car. I immediately set up an appointment to have Firestone look at it. I was advised of the issues and that I had to pay $1000+ to fix the issue. After some thought. I spoke with a manager and let them know my vehicle ran smoothly before they did the oil change. He asked me to bring my vehicle back to Firestone. When he called me to give me an update. He stated it was no one’s fault and he would give me a discount, which brought to total to a high $700. I decided to find another mechanic to help with my vehicle. If this problem happened from one oil change. I hate to think of the next catastrophic repair at the hands of Firestone.
