I can not say enough amazing things about this shop. Their customer service is amazing only surpassed by their honesty and integrity. My Daughter has taking her older model car to them for quite some time now and they are incredible at communicating the issue & giving almost a parental style of advice and under standing to each situation. Nick's will always be our go to for our automotive needs. Becky thank you for all you do for My Daughter. Y'all are the best.

I was on my way home out of state. I wasnt feeling well but I had taken my vehicle to another business to get my oil changed. Well, that place refused & one of their workers recommended Nicks. I went to Nicks on 34th. I wish I could remember the mechanics name but he & Becky were so helpful. The man checked the oil in my vehicle & topped it off. He also connected a computer to check & clear my check engine light. They were so patient with me. I wont ever forget the kindness they showed me.

Nicks is a shop I was recommended to go to by a family member, I am not from Lubbock and was traveling back home (California) my AC went out and they had me back on the road within MINUTES I was very impressed and extremely grateful for his work. Driving over 1k miles w children and no AC was not ideal but they got me fixed up and back on the road. I would definitely go to Nicks if I should ever need to. Thanks
