Victory Lane Automotive is a hidden gem mechanic shop. I was skeptical about taking my vehicle there because of all the great reviews, I figured it was all lies just to boost sales; man was i wrong. Customer service was among the best, and the quality of work is outstanding. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the best service. This place is now the mechanic shop I will use for any automotive issues I may have in the future. I recommend this place to be first and last mechanic shop you will ever need.

Victory Lane Automotive did a great job. The team was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and Nick took the time to clearly explain what was going on so I could understand the problem. I learned about Victory Lane Automotive from reviews online on google as I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Our former mechanic moved away and towards the end of January we had an urgent issue with our check engine warning on our Kia minivan. We dropped off our car to them on Saturday, and left key in lock box so to be ready for our Monday 8am appt. We requested full engine diagnostic. Victory was prompt with our diagnosis, I had received a phone call at 9:30am and an email with full work up breakdown with codes and pictures saying exactly where the issues were. Pictures taken related to each issue. Although we got the news we didn't want that our engine was in failure mode. They offered suggestions of cost alternatives and answered all of our questions. They even was gracious to allow us to keep our van on their lot while we figured out our next step in the process of rebuild engine or sell. (We ended up getting another car) I spoke with Nick throughout and he is very professional and a good listener. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service. I have referred Victory to coworkers who are also looking for a mechanic in the area.
