This was my first time donating clothes here, and the staff were very kind and helpful. At first I accidentally went to the wrong entrance because I followed the store sign, and I had to carry all my bags upstairs. The staff kindly let me know there is another entrance with an elevator, which made things much easier. They also showed me where and how to donate and guided me through filling out the receipt. I really appreciate their help and had a great experience. I would definitely come back to donate again!

Nice place and kind staff. If you’re coming here to donate, DO NOT give your bags to the guys who are standing downstairs next to the entrance. You need to bring them up to the second floor and go inside the store. The guys downstairs are scamming people and taking bags away to sell! They will ask you “are you here to donate?” and “kindly” take the bags from you. We were lucky enough to stop right outside the door to see them try carry our bags away to the car. When they spot us, they left the bags and disappeared, so we were able to bring the bags to the actual store. The staff in the store is aware of the situation, so hopefully this will be solved soon, but be careful.

Not all Thrift Stores are equal. This one was not as accessible as others. Since this is in The City it's located in an old building that means it's a walk up. I don't know if they have an elevator. I didn't see one but I didn't ask either. They do have colors for discounts for the week. I visited this site in the afternoon not early morning. There were some interesting things but I felt the prices were on the high side. But it's The City. I didn't find anything this go round. Sad...other thrift stores I visited in the past within walking is Housing Works. Happy thrifting!
