I arrived at about 7:45 pm right before closing time with a basically dead battery that needed to be jumped to get from point A to B. The older manager and younger worker gave me a hand installing the battery and even stayed 15 minutes after closing to complete the task. (It was about 10 degrees out.) This occured on 1/31/26.

Steer me to 31 windshield wiper. That’s slap to face. You guys are awful I had to be on move. You think that was nice to do that? You should be ashamed and I’ll make sure more customers don’t come here.

I went to the store today 30200 Plymouth rd Livonia mi 48150 and had great customer service experience. Carl K and Simeon D both took care of me. They were patient, friendly and Carl went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. He gave me a few tips to help best cover my rust spot on my ford fusion, without even asking! He genuinely cares about helping his customers and providing quality service. Simeon D helped me return an online item. Didn’t realize it was a different process than an in store purchase. Simeon was very patient while I fumbled through my email trying to find the receipt. Ended up discovering it’s much easier to just go to the app and view past orders—> the Barcode present is what the salesman will scan. Worked fast! Easy return
