My car died, stranding me 5 hours from home, while I was on a work trip in Hancock, MA. Sayers was recommended by someone at Bob's Country Kitchen, where I had just had breakfast. The crew arrived promptly, were extremely courteous and careful, and provided a great service experience. I actually needed them a SECOND TIME on the SAME DAY, for a jump instead of a tow. Again, they were prompt, courteous and careful. The operator knew that because my newly-installed starter was "fast clicking" that it meant the battery was the issue. He connected his jump pack and the car started right up. They even waited a few minutes to make sure I got on my way safely after the car was running (if it died again I'd need another jump). Very, very happy with the service I got and I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you all very much!

Called for an emergency Lock out of a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon in town 7 mins from their office, waste of time, they told me couldnt do a lock out. They were recommended by the Pittsfield Police department. Dont waste your time, their website is obviously wrong too.
