First visit, and brought my 2yo along. They arranged for him to come out and see the oil drained from the car and ask an endless stream of questions! Kind staff, quality work for this simple service. It was nice to receive photo-evidence of all the inspections (e.g. tire tread depth)

Well I did some repairs on the car, a fuel pump for example, either I didn’t replace the clip that holds the fuel hose on or I did and it fell off causing a decent leak when trying to start the vehicle. The car was towed to BG Automotive and they easily fixed the issue. They did a complete look over of the vehicle and found no other issues and they sent me the link via text. I’d give them 5 stars and informed my daughter that they are now here local mechanic when the car needs routine maintenance or any other mechanical repair. Everyone that I spoke with was professional and polite. Definitely will use there service in the future.

Good people. I always trust them to give me a thorough inspection with videos and then let me know which repairs are the most important and which can wait. Never had a problem with a repair in the 4 years I've used them. I will say the repair prices seem over market.
