Mike and team were incredible after my car got stuck in a ditch during a snowstorm near Nederland. The dispatcher was fast + efficient and Mike was there to help as fast as the roads would possibly allow. His time estimate for arrival was also accurate, which I sincerely appreciated. Mike got my car out quickly, ensured it was safe to drive, and did the whole thing with a smile and great attitude! If I’m ever in a bind again, I will absolutely be calling northside towing.
