Car city is by far the smoothest, professional and good price mechanic shops in houston tx and that I’ve been in dealings with in years , same the front desk associate is very communicative, understanding, and helpful with any issues you may have , I haven’t seen or spoke to any of the mechanics much but I think that’s a plus because that means they’re actually doing their job and from my experience they’re top tier mechanics! I’d recommend this shop to anyone in need of the services they provide ! Also the restroom is spotless!

Really honest shop. Sam and the guys evaluated my break pads and rotors, as I was decently past recommended mileage for replacement for both and thought I was feeling a little grinding. After evaluating, they said they had 60-80% life on them and wouldn’t recommend replacing. I’ve never had a shop be so honest and not try to upsell elsewhere. 10/10 recommend
