the front desk lady is very rude . they get inside of your car without any permission i had money inside my car and it wasn’t in the bag that they gave me. i DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all this place don’t even deserve a 1 star

They stole 300 dollar kobe nike basketball shoes from the backseat and the trailer light connector as well as other random things, when we told the front office the lady said to contact headquarters and no one answers. Also made a spare key to my car without any permission. This business smells like sewage walking in and everyone is obviously a theif working there.

This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star! HORRIBLE customer service the lady that answers the phones is VERY rude. it takes FOREVER for someone to even answer the phone. I’ve been trying to pick up my car for 4 days already everything on my end is taken care of I’ve been waiting for this joke of a company to let me pick up my vehicle Edit to add: they stole money out of my center console. Also ripped off all of my tire sensors
