I was told that it would be about an hour or just a little over an hour. It's been over 2 hours now. I've also seen 1 semi and a pickup truck pull in to do a quick tire fix. So I would like to ask what's the point of a having a check in process. But what's the most interesting part, they will make you wait well over the time they informed you that they'd call you. Yet if you don't pick up their phone call, they would immediately skip you. Loves works at their convenience and not yours. Here's an update roadside always takes priority, obviously that's where they make their money. This is the last time I'll come here to do an oil change. It'll be over 5 hours until I can get in.

Every one looks like they hate working here. This place is very dirty, from McDonald’s, subway and the loves. Bathrooms are gross and the showers are just ok. No laundry, so far the worst loves I’ve ever been too.
