I went to this dealership expecting to purchase a vehicle using my own financing through USAA, just as I’ve done successfully with other dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, they didn’t recognize USAA’s promissory note, which meant I couldn’t drive my vehicle home the same day. They assured me the car would be delivered to me two days later (Friday) within an agreed-upon timeframe once payment was received. Despite receiving the funds, the dealership didn’t arrange a driver in time, even though it was still early enough in the day to have the vehicle arrive only 30 minutes past the original delivery window. As a result, my delivery was delayed until Monday. I was told the car would arrive by 10:30 a.m., but that deadline came and went with no update until I called. I was then told it was on its way. Later, I received additional updates with shifting arrival times, and the car ultimately arrived almost two hours late. While I’m very happy with the vehicle itself, the customer service experience did not meet my expectations. Communication and follow-through could have been much better. When I shared my concerns with the salesman, he offered a short apology before moving on to the next steps. I hope the dealership improves in transparency and coordination for future customers.

I had brought my 2021 Buick Encore in for service. Matt definitely made sure to get every issue i had fixed. Very courteous and great service. I originally bought my 21 encore at Ed Rinke and serviced there which they couldn't find the issue. Matt and the service team found and fixed all my issues that I had mentioned.
