AAA contacted A-1 Wrecker Service, and Shannon arrived within an hour. He was courteous, professional, and personable — the kind of person who immediately puts you at ease in a stressful situation. Shannon carefully towed my vehicle to the dealership and made sure to speak directly with the service agent I had already talked to. I had full confidence that my car was in good hands. The next day, my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup without any issues. I truly appreciate Shannon’s professionalism and positive attitude.
