Interesting bunch to deal with. I needed a tow truck. They told me the wait might be up to 3 hours. The wrecker showed up in 25 minutes. The driver was very competent and efficient. I had a snow plow that fell over a retaining wall lifted back up into my driveway. The tow truck operator figured out a clever way to do it and it worked rather quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Marc’s for towing. Especially the challenging situations. Price seemed reasonable for what Marc’s did.

I found myself in a slippery situation today.. I called AAA and they dispatched Kyle from marcs.. And this kid was on time communicated his location and arrival time.. He was super friendly very professional.. Did a great job drop me off at my mechanics.. Very grateful and appreciative.. In the world of poor customer service and people just not caring about others anymore.. It was refreshing to have such a helpful professional tow truck driver help me.. Thank you .

I had a car that needed to be towed to my mechanic. The driver pulled up and wenched my car onto the tow truck as he should. He asked me what was wrong with the car and I was like a coolant leak. I told him not to drive it. When the driver got to my mechanics, all on video, he backed my car off the tow truck and revved the engine like an idiot in the parking space. My mechanic ran out of the shop and asked him what he was doing. He proceeded to call my mechanic derogatory terms. It went from a coolant issue to a whole timing belt issue. A lot of damage when he was told not to drive it. Then I call and ask for the manager or the owner and I called several days in a row and no return phone call. They are the absolute worst, thank God my mechanic has video of this because it’s totally unbelievable that someone would Drive your car like that and you told them not to. Absolutely sleazy. Then the owner not to be professional enough to call you back.
