I ordered 4 tires on a Friday, had to go into pay for them and was told the tires would be in the shop on Monday to have them installed. On Monday I called and was told they were delayed and wouldn't be there til Tuesday. Then I call Tuesday morning and they say they'll be in on the truck at 1pm and they would call me. I called them at 130 and they told me my order had been cancelled. The cherry on top of having wasted 5 days was none of the 3 people I spoke to took any ownership and not until I spoke with a manager did I even get an apology. At no point did they try and earn my business back, offer me any credits, or take any responsibility for messing up.

They said they didn’t have the right tools to change my oil so I left and went to vaveline and WALMART FORGOT TO PUT MY CAP BACK ON AND OIL GOT EVERYWHERE!! The manager just said to come back and he’ll clean it up but that doesn’t fix it, he needs to be fired!!
