I’m new to Michigan, and my 2004 Ford Explorer had a serious issue—the heater stopped working and the water pump also failed. Luckily, I found this excellent auto repair shop. They fixed my vehicle quickly, at a very fair price, and did an outstanding job. The staff is honest, professional, and very friendly. It’s hard to find places like this nowadays. I definitely recommend them without hesitation.

At first, I thought they did a great job on installing the engine in my vehicle, but when the engine was installed, they left out a lot of key factors like my wheel. Housing assembly was not put back. My exhaust was not fasting like it was when it came into the shop, although they fixed all of this on a second trip and the engine ran fine. They forgot to put my shroud back on my vehicle. Nevertheless, I tried them again with my vehicle needed a transmission although they put the transmission in and it runs pretty good. They did some other damage to my vehicle. I’m starting to see a pattern with them thinking that they were damaged other things to have you come back to spend more money? I thought this was a good rap of a place to get my vehicles fixed because I drive older vehicles, but I’m starting to see the pattern that they do once they do a job for you consumers be well of these things that they do in order to get more money out of you once they do the initial job disappointed won’t be back.

These guys are the best! Fast service, honest pricing. They even let me borrow a tool once when my repair-at-home went wrong and I couldn't get the car out of the driveway. They're definitely my go-to shop now!
