Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this tow company. My son was driving a vehicle registered in my name at which time it was involved in a car fire. Vehicle was towed by this company. My son did not give me the information of the tow service and it sat in there lot for about a month. I received a letter from DMV advising me that my car was at their lot and I needed to contact them. I immediately contacted them and was told that the tow and storage bill was a certain price. I asked the lady who I was talking to if I could negotiate a different price with them. The lady stated how much are you willing to pay at which time I gave her a number. She stated that she would relay the information to the owners and get back to me. A couple of days go by with no answer so I call back to get an update on what the owners decided. I spoke with another lady who I later found out was one of the owners wife who was very nasty and disrespectful. She stated that they do not negotiate prices and now I have to pay the storage bill up to that day. I asked her why would the other person that I spoke to entertain my request to negotiate a different price if that was not their policy. If the other lady that I spoke with would have told me that they do not negotiate prices then this issue would have ended right there, I would have paid the storage fee and removed the vehicle from their lot. The owners wife is very rude and obnoxious and should not be answering phones with that attitude. I looked at other reviews of the company and all the negative comments seems to be about her unless there is another owners wife answering the phones. I will be contacting the BBB and NC DMV to register a formal complaint against this company concerning their customer service and business practices. They make you jump through hoops trying to get your by demanding all cash transactions which seems to raise a red flag of possible tax fraud. Will never deal with this company again just based on my customer service experience.

Completely nasty customer service. My car was involved in a hit and run accident . My insurance required pictures. I went up the next day to stay in compliance when the nastiest woman answered the phone and just had such an attitude. I don’t know how you can be “24/7” and closed on the weekends.

One of the drivers pulled a hit-and-run on my vehicle while he was dropping off another vehicle at a repair facility on Battleground ave. Got the run around after exhausting a bunch of time looking at recorded camera footage with a GSO police officer who got the name & number off the tow truck in the video. They would not cooperate with the insurance company after they reluctantly gave me the insurance information. I’m left to fix my vehicle’s crushed taillight assembly, dent & paint repair at my own expense . What else is there to say? Very disappointing to say the least.
