Been using them for 20 years! Used to be the best places to go. Now, none of the employees I knew and recognized me work there anymore. It’s probably because they went CORPORATE! ITS RECYCLING; NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Will never go back. Horrible CS (customer service)!

If you're picking up a load of scrap with a 53' van, it can be a pain. Best way I saw was to go to NE 36th Street, and turn on N Commerce going north to the location A. Walk into the building to O, where the office is located. They will send you back around to 36th, where the entrance to the scale is located (B). Two important points, you have to back in & onto the scale, then keep going to the outside dock. And if someone is already there, you have to wait for them to leave. When you're loaded, you pull onto the scale slowly, with the help of a spotter. They caught my tandems being 200 pound over, so it was easy to back up to the dock and they reloaded. Pulled around to location A, and into the office to pick up paperwork. People were friendly, loading was fast, once I got to the dock.
