Damaged 3-4 thousand dollars worth of damage on my car offered me $750 which was only enough for almost two parts not including labor or paint I’m assuming they thought I was gonna accept it because I’m 19, I filed an insurance claim with there insurance which is PROGRESSIVE you don’t need there policy number but it was worthless because they’ve ignored there insurer for a month which potentially leads to the claim being denied, if your in the same situation report them to TDLR! The more reports the faster there license will be taken. You can also find there insurance through TDLR because they seem to hop from difference insurers. The before in after pictures are included and yes they had to replace the bumper because they completely broke the brackets by ripping the lower panel off .

If I could give them a 10/10 I would came and picked up a car that has been taking up a parking spot since 2024. Absolute gem of a guy waved him down and he was quick and safe about removing the vehicle. I mean seriously if you look at Google maps the car hasn't moved and has a bullet hole in the window. Apartments tagged it but refused to follow up as they do and dude swooped in and saved the day. Our parking is extremely limited so this definitely will make everyone's week who loves here Sir if your reading this or get wind of it thank you seriously, I hope you get paid well pillows cool on both sides and all that

I wish I could give less than a star, but that isn’t an option. Nothing about this place deserves a star. Charged me $386. They charged me nearly $22 per day (3 days of that), I believe, for storage fees even though a full day hadn’t even passed. My car was towed on 11/11, and I just received it today 11/13. The attitude that comes from the individuals behind the wall, is dismissive and nasty as if we are inconveniencing them. Not a very understanding pack of people. More importantly, I wish the company would read the reviews on Google made by the hundreds of individuals that make valid points and realize why everyone is saying the same thing. We can collectively agree that the company lacks integrity and kindness. Don’t touch my car again! Xoxo.
