Rocket Tow & Alec Saved the Day! I can’t recommend Rocket Tow and especially their driver Alec highly enough. My car broke down at the worst possible moment, and Alec arrived exactly when promised, calm, professional, and genuinely kind during what was already a stressful situation. He kept me posted on his ETA with calls, which made all the difference. Then I managed to make things even worse: after the car was loaded onto the flatbed, I realized I’d left my wallet inside. Panic mode. I called Alec in a total fluster, and without hesitation he turned around just a few minutes away, pulled over, climbed up onto the bed, unlocked my car, and handed my wallet back with a smile—like it was no trouble at all. That level of patience, honesty, and going the extra mile (literally) turned a rotten day around. Alec is an absolute gem, and Rocket Tow has earned a customer for life.
