You can’t reach them by phone. You have to make an appointment by chat and even that takes forever. You cannot enter the building you have to stand outside the gate like an idiot and wait for your vehicle. I’m only giving 3 stars because my car wasn’t damaged and everything was still in my car. Other than that they need to do better when it comes to accommodations

this tow truck driver was driving erratically past me on the highway, speeding 15+mph over the limit & changing lanes without using a signal. i followed him into a residential neighborhood, where he ran a stop sign & continued to speed & turn without signals. when i confronted him about it, he had the nerve to get upset & call me a liar. i'm now permanently physically disabled because of dangerous drivers like this, & i don't appreciate your company allowing this sort of behavior. i reported the vehicle to the local police & will be alerting the neighborhood's HOA as well
