During rush hour last week, my SUV broke down on the freeway, and I had to call for a tow truck. I was scared, but the driver arrived there faster than I imagined and made me feel better right away. What stood out the most was how calm and professional he was the whole time. I've worked with towing companies before that appeared rushed or careless, but this time was really different.
