This company is notorious for scamming customers. I paid for a tow to Frisco, but it never materialized. Instead, I kept getting excuses. In the end, I had to hire another towing company to retrieve my truck from his lot and take it to the dealership for repairs. The towing company explained that this is a common tactic used by unscrupulous towing companies to keep customers’ vehicles on their lot, forcing them to pay additional lot fees on top of the towing expenses. I strongly advise against using this company and Bartholomew “Curtis” Guillory at all costs.

Guy's a scammer. Was with my friend when he Zelled him $200 for a tow to Frisco. Never ended up taking it to Frisco and had to call another company to bring it over. Friend called and texted but was ultimately ignored until he left a one star review. He called my friend immediately after he left a review and STILL never game him his $200 back.

Trust worthy, great price!! Valet Towing saved me tonight after I was in an unfortunate situation w/another vehicle! First, a mechanic friend recommended a well known towing company. I called them & was lied to twice & when the tow truck came out to my car he was rude & told me it would be way more than what was told to me on the phone - so I looked up quickly on my phone & googled & found Valet Towing (Curtis)- a God send!!! Called & he gave me a great/fair price! Seriously, I had several people praying for me, Curtis stuck to the phone quote even when I changed the body shop I was having my car towed to! My car is my baby & Darrell (tow truck driver) was very respectful, honest & communicated everything to me & the tow truck it self was awesome, it didn’t hurt my car at all!! I pray lots of blessings on Valet Towing for not taking advantage of people (me) when in a crisis!!!
