As you can imagine, Towing company owners/workers are probably one of the most unethical humans to exist. Arrived here at 11:30, and they still charged me a fee that is charged if you pick up after 12. They will do whatever they can to take your money out. DISGUSTING. Explains why they don’t even have the nerve to show their face.

If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. First of all the tow was not valid. I waited in line FOREVER!!! Look at the damage to my car!! The bumper is pulled away. It is loose around the headlights too! My car was not like this before!

These people tow illegally and they are not operating under DOT regulations towed my car at 8:30 tonight but told me I can’t pick my car up til in the morning . This is against DOT rules also there are no visible tow signs within Texas regulations I will be suing.
