Great staff and the Boss man seems like a pretty good guy, they made a mistake one time and lost my saved balance of my scrapping, so even with the total on the receipt copy they gave me, they bumped my balance up a few pounds because of their mistake. It wasn't a huge amount they owed me and they didn't like triple it or anything crazy but just the fact they made it right then even went above and beyond with zero hassle or any type of delay, great customer service and the guy working g in the high value area, where you drop off aluminum, copper, batteries, and things like that is a great dude always helpful with unloading and getting you the right rate on your scrap even if you don't know exactly what you have he does a great job, and whatever the weather may be hot, humid, cold, rainy, whatever he works hard. Every time I go it's always a great experience, even when they are having issues and really busy they will do everything they can to help you.
