It took awhile for them to get to me today, but they did. And that's all that matters. I got stuck at the Dr office today and had to call roadside assistance. Austin showed up, and did well getting my 94 suburban on the flatbed considering it was in a difficult spot to lift it out of. He's an excellent Tow man, and skilled driver. I appreciate the service. They even called me a few times to ensure me that someone was comming.

I really appreciate the help the company provided. My 1967 Chevy Chevelle needed to be towed 3 different times. The driver really took great care of my car.

I had my vehicle towed home from mechanical issues. Driver took pictures before being towed no scrapes or damages nothing were present on my vehicle. Had the vehicle towed to my home and no one was in the parking lot until late in the evening. Driver took pictures once I got home no damage. I arrived home around 10:40/10:50 am and I had a neighbor knock on my door shortly after and told me on the way out the parking lot the tow driver backed into my truck and got stuck. I didn’t get a call or anything like a decent person should. I reached out to my insurance company and to the company and was told the driver didn’t do it. I have a ford explorer which sits up pretty high the damage that was done couldn’t have been done by a car just hitting my truck in a parking spot something had to get attached to it and stuck and left damage. Spoke to a Mr Derek and he tried to explain from a video inside their truck the driver didn’t do it. I filed a police report and now waiting for follow up because why not just own up to it that’s what we have insurance for.
