Connor, a Tow Truck Operator from Mountain Recovery displayed excellent customer service. My wife was involved in a hit and run by a semi-tractor truck on I-76 westbound just west of the Pecos on-ramp. The responding Colorado State Patrol Officer was extremely rude and mean to Connor but he kept his cool and was calm and collective to my wife and very supportive and my wife and truly appreciate his kindness.

Jack was amazing! Having your car towed is never fun, but he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He arrived just in time, explained everything clearly, and handled our vehicle with great care. On top of that, he was so friendly and easy to talk to—it really put us at ease.
