Old reds damaged my beloved classic car (1967) by hooking directly to the chrome bumper, and then dropping it off the back of the truck. I think the driver assumed it was a junker, not a special ordered piece of history... I settled with them outside insurance, but when I found more damage done to the suspension, I reached back out. they were extremely rude, saying I was making it up, and they said my car was basically worthless. Every time I walk by and see that the front and rear of my car are damaged, and think back on the entirety of the situation, how I tried to help them avoid an insurance claim, but when I found more damage definitely caused by their driver dropping my car 2 feet, and was dismissed/attacked, its disheartening. So. Yes, they were relatively quick to settle their damage out of insurance (much to my disadvantage in hindsight) But, I wouldn't let them tow a car I truly care about, that I wasn't planning on just having totaled by insurance, and I wouldn't feel good about myself unless I could warn someone else.

Another tow company in the area did damage to my vehicle, so I was pleased when they sent out this company with AAA. Their customer service is outstanding! Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that my car was cared for and delivered safe and sound to the repair facility. I will use this company alone for all my future towing needs. As far as I am concerned they are now THE only company in the area. Great job Ol Reds!!!!
