Instead of allowing traffic to merge like normal, This company and one of its employees chose to accelerate, pushing me off to the side of the road. It’s one thing to hit your brakes to allow traffic to merge or to move over as we do for tow trucks on the side of the road. It’s another thing to accelerate an additional 10 mph to not allow someone to merge. I haven’t even used this company And this was my first impression.

I would not recommend this company for any services, not even to my worse enemy. My car caught on fire due to faulty wiring, I have called 3x now and each time I call the man is very rude and even downgrading. Most definitely not professional. I had just left Kansas City Missouri after leaving a very abusive relationship of 5 years. I let my best friend use my vehicle while I was at work and that is when it burned up. Everything i owned was in the vehicle. I still haven't even seen the vehicle mind you because he won't let me. He claims that liability insurance is no insurance. Even the police department and the fire department told me i could go grab whatever I wanted to out of the vehicle, but whoever this man is refuses to let me. Im honestly sick to my stomach over all of this, and then for this person to not even let me talk just blows my mind. I really don't understand why either. But I do not recommend this company and I have reached out to many friends, family and even an attorney over this company.

Out car broke down at Black Canyon of the Gunnison South Visitor Center and after having issues with getting a tow truck, our roadside assistance contacted M & H. In under an hour Mike was securing out car to his truck and we were on our way. Mike was super kind and we really appreciated his quick assistance. I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend M & H Towing and Recovery.
