I received a letter from Red Towing asking me to call regarding a balance after my vehicle was towed. When I called, the employee I spoke with (Angel) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He sounded irritated, refused to answer my questions, would not transfer me to anyone else, and hung up on me twice. I ultimately had to go down there in person just to get basic information about the letter. Very disappointing customer service during an already stressful situation. I hope management addresses this. Not the kind of treatment you expect when dealing with an accident situation.

Traveling Tophe

Last night, when our small dog chased a rabbit under a trash compactor and got stuck, the police called in a driver from Red's and he was able to lift up the compactor and free our dog, Luna. What a great community business you have here.

I went to pick up my car that was towed off of private property illegally by code enforcement. The building reeked of Marijuana and the owner was sitting in the dark. The man was so mean and yelled at both me and my 80 year old mother. He threatened to hold the car until Monday until the police could come get it. He refused to tell us why it cost what it did and was going to not give us a receipt. Then he wouldn't let my mother leave through the main gate. We were terrified.
