Back in June, I got severe damage on the front end of my car from when a company was chip sealing on the highway. I walked in to get an estimate from them, and Chris was very informative and told me exactly what I'd need done without adding unnecessary additions for more money. They worked with my insurance company very well and scheduled me an appointment. It only took them 5 days to get my car as good as new. I'm talking brand new front bumper cover, headlights, and repainted hood. They did it within my insurance's budget AND they even replaced my fog lights because one was shattered. They didn't even charge more! They also washed my car. My windshield was spotless (and let me tell you, my car drives the highway every day, so my windshield had a thick layer of bugs that accumulated over the summer). Very, very pleased! If you need autobody repair or maintenance, go to Super Bodies! Paula is also very helpful and kind!

After scheduling an appointment with Chris 30 days out I received a phone call 2 days prior to the appointment drop off date I was informed that he was much too busy for that appointment date and I needed to reschedule for 2 to 3 more weeks out. I rescheduled the appointment , 3 days prior to the 2nd drop off date I got a rude phone call from Chris saying that I needed to find another place to do the job with no explanation and proceeded to hang up on me. This place 100% wasted two months of my time with waiting. Paula and Chris are both Rude and disrespectful and don't give a S*** about customer service. Dropping off at Concept Auto Body next week without issue. I also witnessed Paula's son yell at a lady customer who was confused and didn't know where to go for her car wash, very unprofessional. Not only will I not wash any of my 3 vehicles at this wash, I have realized that there are so many more professional body shops in town to do quality work. This place has left a horrible taste in my mouth for the wash and body shop. It is crazy to know that the city of Fort Morgan contracts with this company for services. What a joke!!!

Don’t get your car washed here through the auto wash! I went through once and went to Walmart where I noticed my truck was dirty still. My husband said to go back and talk to them, so I did after shopping and the lady was so nice on the phone and said she would come out and run me back through. When she got to my car she went off that it was dry and rubbed her hand on my car. I explained that I had gone to Walmart and come back and she said she was going to check the cameras. I told her to go for it! After all was said and done my truck is still dirty after both washes and I will not be back. Worst customer service and rude to boot.
