God Bless this team for the hard work they do saving lives and vehicles. My vehicle got stuck on Mt Elbert past the creek. I needed the vehicle turned around so I could descend. My vehicle was hooked up by the front axel instead of the tow hooks in the front which resulted in a slight bend to a suspension component. Thankfully the car was able to be aligned properly but the steering wheel is now off. I paid $1,500 for this service.

During a weekend of adventuring, we were stupid enough to take our very heavy Rivian R1T pickup into deep 4WD backcountry without a spare kit. Duh. Most tow companies said no once they saw our coordinates. We were SO thankful to finally find Victor with Riquetti who really saved the day. He got our truck and us out, towed us to a Rivian service center, and we were back in business. He's wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, skilled in crazy situations, kind, and trustworthy (we know after spending MANY hours with him!) We highly recommend Riquetti!

Lost my transmission coming down Independence Pass and was stranded. I called and they were on their way immediately. Driver was very nice.....even stopped so my wife could use the restroom! Overall great experience!
