I had such a great experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional and welcoming. Denis helped me out and seriously went above and beyond. He was super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. My car was ready faster than expected, and the pricing was fair and transparent. You can tell Denis actually cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Brought truck in for an alignment. Got a vehicle report saying it was great all green. Had aligned and picked up. By the time I got home there was new clean grease covering the inner fender well, brake caliper control arm ect. Clearly new grease coming from cv axle boot. Brought it back and salesman at counter told me the truck being out of alignment could cause that. One of two things. It was already leaking (should have been reported and addressed ) wasn’t. Tech somehow nicked the boot. Salesman then said it looked pretty new it should still be under warranty. I shouldn’t have to replace parts on my own time and dollar after having truck aligned.

I had a good experience here. I got a flat tire off of 34, and was able to get to the store with the spare. They did not have the size of tire I needed, but could get it from their warehouse but it would take about 3 hours. I was kinda stuck so I had them order it. I came back after a couple of hours, and it was all done! They had managed to get it delivered sooner. My one negative is the bathroom is FILTHY y'all! Draw straws on who will clean it or something. When women have to use the same toilet as men who pee all over the toilet and floor, it makes me absolutely gag!!! Disgusting!!!!
