A red warning light came on in my car, and I was so glad this Loveland Autozone was nearby. John helped me very quickly and even connected me to a local repair shop that was also open after 6pm. All together i was back on the road in less than an hour for <$70. My serpentine belt had broken and they had one in stock. He was very respectful and polite.

I went into AutoZone today in a bit of a panic. My engine light was on and as a senior female with very little mechanical knowledge, I was concerned. I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry, one of the employees. He listened to my concern and helped to diagnose the problem. Fortunately after a few minutes with his help, the light shut off. It was a simple fix for him. It could have been much worse if I took it in to a certified mechanic and potentially expensive. I was so grateful to have the help and to meet Jerry. The experience was very positive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a good store staff is super friendly willing to help out look up the parts whenever I have something I come in to get for any vehicle and repairing. Most recent to store 829 in Southern Loveland both Judah and Ethan were incredibly helpful when I had to return a battery that was under warranty.
