Instead of rushing, guessing, or throwing parts at it, he kept digging and methodically working through the problem to make sure it was done right. What really stood out to me was his honesty and customer-first mindset. He even suggested the possibility of taking it to the dealership for additional insight, but after we talked it through and their approach felt a bit predatory, he agreed it wasn’t the right move and helped me find a better path forward.
