They are extremely unprofessional and unprepared. I sat outside their gates for over an hour to get my items out of a totaled car. I was told to wait bc they were towing in a car from an accident that had just occurred however after putting the car away they proceeded to lock the gate in my face and say I have to come back tmr because it is after hours. I was there before close and they choice to still close the gate on me. I drove over an hour to get to the car in the first place. Don’t recommend allowing ur car to go to them. I would also like to add that they proceed to argue with me when I begged to be let into the car. Horrible customer service.
