I am writing to express my concern about the way I was treated when I requested assistance in Spanish. I was surprised by the response I received, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. A customer should not be treated poorly simply for asking for help in their preferred language. Good customer service should be provided respectfully to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. I believe that offering proper service means making customers feel supported and respected, and language should not be a reason for negative treatment. I hope this situation can be addressed so that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Looked high and low until I found these guys! The second I walked in it was extremely welcoming, and growing up around mechanics and private shops you don't find friendliness like that often. No questions asked Brad and the guys did what they needed to do and had it finished by the time I got off of work! Anytime I need anything else like this done I'm coming here.
