Warning ⚠️ do not bring your car here 3 of my wheels were damaged!! Owner got angry with me and refused to pay for repairs!! $500 in damage!! See pictures below ? A few days ago I brought my car here to get some tires mounted. I left it there in the afternoon and it wasn't available for pickup until it was dark (probably because they didn't want me to notice the damage). I paid and picked up my car. The next day I noticed missing paint and gouges on one wheel and gouges on 2 other wheels. I brought the car back that day and spoke with the owner he said the missing paint came off because they are painted wheels and his machine could have not caused the gouges. I am in the automotive industry and never heard anything about paint rubbing off when tires are mounted. The gouges came from a metal object and their location on the rims show the damage could only happen while the tires are off as that part is protected by the mounted tires (see photos below), and the gouges are clean and smooth so it definitely wasn't from me hitting anything or curbing them. When I asked the owner to make it right and either have the wheels fixed or replaced he got angry with me and said he'll buy me spray paint to repaint the damage. I said that wouldn't cut it and he eventually said the most he would do is partially refund me $50 of the $120 I paid for the mounting service. I agreed because I might as well and that's all I would get. When I walked in and asked for the $50 he took it out of the register and threw it at me across the counter. As someone who works in the automotive industry this behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, if you mess up a customers car/wheels you own up to it and make it right, that was unfortunately not the case here. To replacement or repair will run me around $500 and I will be considering small claims court, don't waste your money here! Go to a reputable chain or a professional shop!!

I got my brakes done here in November and they did a great job. The price was fair and the service was quick! Had to go back again today for a minor issue and it was another positive experience. Everyone is very nice and super helpful!
