Pulled right in, and was seen to immediately. Waited in waiting area for about 40 minutes. Nice waiting area, tv to watch, water if needed. My specialist Katie also pulled my car close for a shorter walk to help with my disability. Also found out that an oil change specific for my car is only a couple of bucks higher than Wal-Mart.

Well considering the service tech- Got oil on my floor Mats and Sterling Wheel- it wasn’t a good experience. And apparently they no longer put the paper cover on your floor mat- if they are supposed to they didn’t. But I would like to give a shout out the to service writer ( Kerry) for cleaning up the tech mess - After he asked him to and the guy just smiled and walked away. I’m not sure the guy that changed my oil is GM certified or not- but if he was or should be in my opinion. This complete department has gone down hill ( figure of speech.
