Was told multiple times they’d be here in 45 minutes but after 2.5 hours they still need 30 more min. I know it’s a holiday week and I understand they are busy but my issue is being quoted the wrong dispatch times multiple times - clearly in order to keep me from finding an alternative. The dispatcher was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I asked about a refund and speaking to a manager. They use a third party dispatch company that is clearly using offshore dispatchers who are trained to keep you on the hook. Borderline scammers… use someone else.

We had an exceptional experience with Benjamin, our driver, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. While traveling, we experienced a flat tire. My brother, a recently retired military veteran and Purple Heart recipient, was with us when Benjamin noticed our situation and stopped to assist. He handled everything with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring we were back on the road safely. His outstanding service and genuine compassion were greatly appreciated. Benjamin is awesome. Our car got a flat tire on the way to Charleston and he took care of us. He was fast, efficient and very kind. We are thankful he was there to help. Highly recommend.
