I appreciate the store making it correct with the brake pads that were not available at time of pickup. Did an online order to pick up my parts and not available “even online said order now Rdy in an hour”. I gave them 4 hours. Took a while to finally get a satisfactory outcome. But now that I am home to install the paid up better parts that I received. The rusty rotors in previous damaged wet boxes and products is unacceptable. Called Napa corporate and passed me to the store that I bought from. I would have been a returning customer if just said keep them and I would resurface them my self. Offered a refund, which was nice, but now I have the car disassembled. Was not in the mood to reassemble the brake assembly to get the parts. Plus they would not have a replacement for another day. NAPA has let for me down. Probably better to buy OEM online. It was only a few bucks more. I had to use online discount and AAA to feel like I was getting a good deal, that I thought.

Excellent help and service to find the parts that you need. If they're not in-house, they will order them for you to make sure you're able to complete the task at hand. I recently had an experience with the young lady at the counter. I needed a part. She was first on her way out the door to lunch as I walked in. She stopped and returned to make sure I found the parts that I needed. They did not have them in house however, but she spent most of her lunch time searching the catalogs and the computer for approximately 30 minutes for the parts needed. She did a great job. I do recommend them.
