On my way going to Florida from Baltimore trying my best to get to my son's football game one of my tires wasnt good I went to this place and they replaced my two front tires they were used tires but he assured me they were good not even 20 minutes down the road maybe three exits from their shop My tires both red low before I left the place I even told the technician The tires look low he assured me they were great. So I pulled over found a place to fill the tires up and see the stem of my tire is leaking both tires read 30 psi when they should be 60 now I got to spend $500 between getting a tow and repairs I'm only 20 minutes from there shop And the only thing they would say to me is that it's my fault when their definitions the last person to touch these tires.

The customer service was great, however I got sold a bad tire, that night it was flat. I was told they had my tire size, but after they took my tire off, they told me the one they had was bad, and offered a smaller tire, it was flat by that night. I called them the next day which happens to be 07/04 and they were closed for the weekend offered a bunch of sorry, no refunds, they could fix it Monday if I could wait. I had to shell out more money for a tire because it is a huge inconvenience. Bc of this I will not be back unfortunately.
