John was helpful and quite timely honestly. Also a good SAFE driver towing my semi with trailer fully loaded Into town after my differential blew up....he removed axels and all other needed parts.. he was honestly quite "quick" with his work... dude wasn't burning time or anything like that. Safe tow. Reasonable price...freindly driver... 5 stars ?

Truck broke down, and needed to be taking to a shop. I called magic value towing and the driver John got to me in a timely manner. He was very professional and attentive. We will definitely call this towing service if needed in the future.

Thank you - A million times over! (And it’s still not enough!) Jaden (Spell?) was our tow driver. A consummate professional! He rescued us when we were truly stuck- 2/3 of the way to our destination and the truck won't start. One phone call, and we had the peace of mind we needed - help was on the way! For having such an awful situation happen, we couldn't have planned a better outcome. The tow was amazing- including pulling our RV, helping us get settled with the repair drop-off, and parking the RV. The courtesy was top-level, and we were surely impressed! Thanks again, you're our hero! (If we ever get stranded in Idaho again... you know who we are calling!)
