My car broke down on my way up to Twin Falls. My transmission died on me while next to an old ghost town. I ended up calling the nearest repair shop, which was Goodrich, and they were kind enough to take a look at my car after I got towed up there. It was a bit of a wait for the transmission to come in, but it was completely understandable. They were very kind and explained everything that needed to be fixed. They communicated the prices and parts effectively. I am very satisfied with my experience. They are great people who do amazing work. I highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful place. The garage is right next to the owner's house, and both the owner and his wife went out of their way to make a bad situation (a broken-down car mid cross-country travel) easier. It is in a rural location, so the owner's wife drove 70 miles to get parts for my car while I was waiting. They worked late into the night to get me back on my way and insisted that I call them when I reached my final destination to let them know whether there were any issues with the repair. They were very friendly and willing to help my in any way I needed.
